Artline Hi-Seal Stamp pads are constructed with a fine textured cotton surface for clean and crisp stamping. The air tight roller lock system ensures that the ink remains moist. Available in three convenient pad sizes. Use only with stamps made with natural rubber bands or dies.

Available for non-porous surfaces, waterproof and invisibile for use under UV or black light.
